Ener-Flex Magnetic Shoe Inserts
Ener-Flex magnetic shoe inserts help relieve sore, tired feet and foot arthritis pain. Each pair uses Therion's strong 4,300 gauss ceramic magnets to increase blood circulation and help relieve foot swelling. Did you know…
Magnetic therapy is used in acupuncture as another method of stimulating the body's meridians? (energy channels) There are dozens of acupuncture points found on the bottom of the feet, each connecting to different areas of the body. By wearing strong magnetic insoles all of these points can be energized at once, improving health and wellness, and rebalancing the body's energy every day.

A clinical study conducted at the University of Wisconsin showed significant reductions in postural sway, greatly improving balance among older adults wearing magnetic insoles while standing. This improved balancing ability while wearing the insoles can have wonderful benefits for seniors, including helping to reduce injuries due to falls.

For a Proper Fit
If the insoles are too large to fit properly, use a pair of scissors to carefully trim around the edges. Only trim around the front section of each insole, from the widest point towards the toe area.
We recommend cutting only a small amount at a time (about 1/16" to 1/8"). Check for a proper fit after each cut. Be careful not to trim too much, or you may cut into the magnets. You can pinch the insoles to feel where the magnets are.
CAUTION:
- Do not use magnetic therapy if you have a pacemaker, defibrillator, insulin pump, or any other electro-medical device.
- Do not use magnetic therapy if you are pregnant.
- Do not use magnets near open or bleeding wounds
- Wait at least 2 weeks after a cortisone injection before using magnetic therapy over the same body area. (Cortisone and biomagnetics are antagonistic.)
- Magnets should not be used near transdermal drug patches.
- Do not wear magnetic products while swimming, bathing, or showering. (Magnets can rust.)
