Finding a Product

There are several ways to find a product on

  1. by Category: click the menu tabs on the left side to view products by different categories.
  2. by Area of Body: On the top section of the website, find the Product Info menu, then click on View By Area of Body. Click on a body area to find products that can be used for that specific area.
  3. by Search: At the top-right of our website, there is a search box. Enter words related to the product you are looking for, then click the magnifying glass icon to begin your search. Your results will display after a few seconds. (Note: It's better to keep your search simple. Use only 1-3 words for more reliable results.)

You can also use the Narrow Your Results menu on the left. Click an option to show products that only match the attributes you choose.

You can also sort products listings by Name, Price, SKU#, or use the default position. You can also decide the maximum number of products shown on a page. These options appear just above and below all product listings.

Placing an Order

Here are the steps you need to follow to place an order. If you still need assistance completing your order, please contact us.

  1. Review the items in your shopping cart by clicking the 'My Cart' block at the upper right side of the page.
  2. To place your order, click the Proceed to Checkout button.
  3. If this is your first order, enter your billing information. This must match the address listed with your credit card company or bank (for debit cards). Next, enter a password. Passwords can be any combination of numbers and letters, but must be at least 6 characters in length.
  4. If you have an account but are not logged in, click the Login link on the left side of the checkout page. Once logged in, yout billing information will be filled in for you.
  5. To ship to a different address, UNCHECK the box next to 'Same as Billing Address'. You can then enter your shipping information. If you are shipping to an APO/FPO address, select your region from the 'State/Province' menu (ex. Armed Forces Europe).
  6. Select you shipping method.
  7. Choose your payment method. We accept, VISA, M/C, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Check/Money Order and Bank Wire Transfer. Depending on your location, some payment options may be unavailable.
  8. If you have a coupon code, enter it in the space provides, then click 'Apply Coupon'.
  9. Review your order. Make sure all information is correct. To edit any items in your order, click 'Edit Cart' on the right side of the review section. This will take you back to your shopping cart where you can make the changes.
  10. To complete your order, click the Place Order button.

Add or Modify Products in the Shopping Cart

Add a Product

To purchase products from our site, you need to place them in your electronic shopping cart.

  1. When you find a product you want to purchase: If the product does not have an options, click the Add to Cart button. If the product is available in more than one size, select the size from the drop-down, then click the Add to Cart button.
  2. In a few seconds, a message will appear at the top of the screen to confirm the item was added.
  3. View all the products in your shopping cart by clicking the 'My Cart' box at the top right of the page.
  4. When you are finished shopping, click 'Proceed to Checkout' at the bottom of your cart.
Modifying Products in the Shopping Cart

First, go to the shopping cart page, by clicking the 'My Cart' block at the top right of the page.

  • Item Quantity: to change how many of one product you will buy, enter the correct number in the small box in the 'Qty' column. Click 'Update Shopping Cart'.
  • Delete: to remove a product from your shopping cart, click the small trash bin icon on the right side.

Promotional/Coupon Codes

To use a promotional code, you must first add an item to your shopping cart. You will be able to enter your promotional/coupon code on the checkout page (after you click 'Proceed to Checkout' in the shopping cart). Enter the promo code in the required area, then click the 'Apply Coupon' button.

Submitting a Product Review

Sharing your experience after using a product is a big help to someone else considering Therion magnetic therapy. Product reviews allow you to: 1) rate important product attributes on a 5-star scale, 2) list the pros and cons about your experience using a product, and 3) write your own personal review.

How to Submit a Product Review
  1. Visit and sign-in to your account.
  2. Find the product that you purchased and want to review.
  3. Just below the product name, click 'Add Your Review'.
  4. Complete the form that appears on the screen.
  5. When you're done, click Submit Review.

Approved reviews will appear on our site with 72 hours. All submitted reviews become the property of Therion Magnetics and may occasionally be referenced, published, or distributed at our discretion. All personal contact information is kept confidential. (see our Privacy Policy)

In order to ensure reflects the general customer consensus of any product review submission, Therion reserves the right to disapprove any submission without notice.

Review Guidelines

When writing your review, please consider the following guidelines:

  • Focus on the product and your individual experience using it.
  • Provide details about why you liked or disliked a product.
  • All submitted reviews are subject to the terms set forth in our Terms of Use

We reserve the right not to post your review if it contains any of the following types of content or violates other guidelines:

  • Obscenities, discriminatory language, or other language not suitable for a public forum
  • Advertisements, spam content, or references to other products, offers, or websites.
  • E-mail addresses, URLs, phone numbers, physical addresses, or other forms of contact information
  • Critical, spiteful, abusive, or threatening comments on other reviews posted on the page or their authors
  • Comments that promote illegal or immoral conduct
  • Comments about products other than the specific item selected for review
  • Comments regarding an item with an unresolved RMA or support ticket
  • Shipping, packaging, or returns specifics

If you wish to share feedback with us about product selection, pricing, ordering, delivery, or other customer service issues, please do not submit this feedback through a product review. Instead, contact us directly.

What are Product Tags?

Product tags are a fun way to describe, classify, and remember a product. Each tag is like a keyword or category label to help you find a product easier. For example, the Platinum MTR Magnetic Back Support may be given product tags, like:

  • lower back
  • back wrap
  • magnetic belt
  • gray
  • support
  • breathable
  • back pain
  • herniated disc

Tags are viewable by everyone browsing the same product. More popular tags appear larger in size than less common tags.

To submit product tags, you must first log-in to your account. You can then add as many tags as you want to a product. Separate each new tag with a space. Tag phrases (using more than one word) must be placed inside single quotes ( ' ). For example: 'back pain'. You can rename or delete your tags by clicking My Tags in the 'My Account' section.

All new tags submitted for the first time must be approved before they appear on a product page. Tags are subject to the same guidelines used for product reviews. Therion reserves the right to disapprove any submission without notice.
