When will my order ship?

  • Most orders are completed within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday)
  • 2nd Day, Next Day, and Express Mail orders are completed the same or next business day
  • Mattress pads are made to order, and require 1-3 business days before shipment
  • If any item is back ordered you will be notified by e-mail or phone

Orders placed after 1pm EST are processed the following business day.



Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request.

Please keep in mind our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped out to customers as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process. In this case, if you still wish to change or cancel your order, please follow our return policy.

You can contact us by phone or e-mail to cancel your order. Please be sure to have your order number ready.



Order Tracking

When your order is shipped, tracking information from FedEx or the U.S. Postal Service will be sent to the e-mail address you provided during checkout. If you did not receive a tracking number, please be sure to check your e-mail SPAM folder.

You may also obtain tracking information by clicking My Account. Sign-in with your username and password, then click 'View Order' to find a tracking number link.

If you do not have an online account, you can contact customer service to request tracking information. Please provide your order number.
