When will my order ship?

  • Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday)
  • 2-Day, Next Day, and Express Mail orders are shipped the same or next business day, depending on when we receive the order
  • Mattress pads are made to order, and require 1-3 business days before shipment
  • If any item is back ordered you will be notified by e-mail or phone

How can I tracking my order

When your order is shipped, tracking information from FedEx or the U.S. Postal Service will be sent to the e-mail address you provided during checkout. If you did not receive a tracking number, please be sure to check your e-mail SPAM orJunk Mail folder.

The best way to track your order is to Login to your account and click 'View Orders'. Then click on the tracking number to view the scheduled delivery date.

If you do not have internet access you can call customer service to request tracking information. Please be sure to have your order number ready. Customer service can be reached at 1-888-636-9700 (M-F 8:30 am - 5:00 pm E.S.T.).

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please keep in mind our order-fulfillment system is designed to ship your order as quickly as possible. If you need to change or cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. If it has not been processed for shipping we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.

We cannot change or cancel an order once it has been processed for shipping. In this case, if you still wish to change or cancel your order, please follow our return policy.
