Platinum™ Magnetic Back Pad
The Platinum magnetic back pad uses 24 research-grade neodymium and ceramic magnets for more severe lower back pain. Compared to wearing a back support belt, a back pad allows full freedom of motion. It can be positioned to target the source of your pain, whether it's near the center of your back, more to one side, or over the hips. The back pad also has a stiffer, reinforced design to keep it from flopping over while walking.

The Platinum back pad's high-energy magnets help reduce pain signals and increase blood circulation. This combination eases sciatica symptoms, like sharp, shooting pains, buzzing and tingling. It also helps relieve back spasm and improve flexibility. This can reduce the risk of back strain, particularly when lifting heavy objects, playing golf, or doing any kind of bending or twisting.
Comfort & Convenience
A Therion magnetic back pad can be worn under or over clothing with the same effectiveness. It easily slips inside the waistband of pants or jeans, and remains upright to cover the lumbar back. Therion pad's are Velcro-sensitive, and can be held securely in place using a breathable elastic Comfort Wrap (sold separately).
Note: If you have difficulty bending or lifting we recommend wearing the Platinum Magnetic Back Support. Its adjustable compression will help support the lower back, and it provides more extensive magnetic therapy coverage for better relief.

CAUTION:
- Do not use magnetic therapy if you have a pacemaker, defibrillator, insulin pump, or any other electro-medical device.
- Do not use magnetic therapy if you are pregnant.
- Do not use magnets near open or bleeding wounds
- Wait at least 2 weeks after a cortisone injection before using magnetic therapy over the same body area. (Cortisone and biomagnetics are antagonistic.)
- Magnets should not be used near transdermal drug patches.
- Do not wear magnetic products while swimming, bathing, or showering. (Magnets can rust.)
- In some cases, magnets placed near the abdomen or back may slow digestion. Should you feel any discomfort, wait 30 minutes after eating before putting on the support.
CLEANING & CARE:
Therion pads are hand washable. Use a cloth and warm water mixed with a mild soap to spot clean any necessary areas. Use a clean, damp cloth to remove any excess soap remaining on the pad. Let the pad air dry.
Do not machine wash. Do not soak in water. (Magnets can rust.)
