Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is what matters most to us. Should a product fail to meet your expectations, you can return it for any reason.
You must first contact customer service for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date. We will refund the item's purchase price less shipping and handling fees, which are not refundable.
Magnetic Mattress Pads may be returned within 90 days of the purchase date. We will refund the item's purchase price less a 20% re-stocking fee.
Returned items must be carrier-dated before the stated time period. Items post-marked after this period will not be accepted. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 45 days of delivery. We inspect all returned items and award a partial refund for used products. If the return is a result of our error or a defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.
We will issue your refund in the same form as your original payment method. We process refunds within 7-10 business days of receiving your return. However, it can take your credit card company or bank up to an additional week to process the refund on their end. In many cases you will receive your refund sooner. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable, except under certain conditions. Orders that may have qualified for free shipping promotions will be charged back for the actual shipping and handling costs incurred. Some items may not be returnable. If an item does not fit properly contact customer service for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 10 days of the purchase date we will exchange it for another size. You will only be charged a shipping fee for the exchange. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect, or defective items
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact customer support for assistance. We will repair or replace the product for you at no charge. If we send a replacement product to you in any of these cases, you will not be charged a shipping fee. If you choose to return the item, we will refund the item's original purchase price.
Due to health restrictions, we cannot accept returns for sleeping pillows or shoe insoles that have been used. However, if these items are new and still in their original packaging they may be returned.
Items that have been laundered, modified, soiled, or damaged in any way are not returnable. Damage includes, but is not limited to: rips, tears, stains and strong odors (e.g. tobacco smoke). All returned items are carefully inspected
Clearance items and custom-made products are not returnable.
How to Return a Product
- Contact customer support to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Include a copy of your invoice, packing slip, or order.
- Include all original packaging, instructions, accessories, and any associated promotional items.
- Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

For your protection, we recommend all returns be shipped by an insured carrier with package tracking (ex. FedEx, UPS, Priority Mail). Be sure to keep the tracking information for your records. Therion is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged during shipment.
