Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is what matters most. All Therion products come with a limited lifetime warranty. Should a product fail to meet your expectations, you can return it for any reason within 30 days. Mattress pads include an Extended 90 Day Guarantee. All returns are subject to our return policy.



Exchange a product

You may exchange an item for a different size or product(s) within 14 days of purchase. Please contact customer service for help with your exchange.



Rush Exchange

A rush exchange is available if you're in a hurry, or want to keep using your Therion product until your replacement arrives. This option is only available under the following conditions:

  1. The exchange must be for the same product.
  2. You must first pay for the replacement product and its shipping.
  3. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

A refund credit will be issued to you for the original purchase price of the return product after we receive it. Shipping charges cannot be refunded, except under certain conditions.



Incorrect, damaged, or defective items

Please contact us for assistance if you receive:

  • Incorrect item
  • Item that's been damaged during shipping
  • Defective item*

We will repair or replace the product for you at no charge. If we send a replacement product to you in any of these cases, we will not charge a shipping fee.

If you choose to return the item, we will refund the item's purchase price and shipping fee.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is what matters most to us. Should a product fail to meet your expectations, you can return it for any reason.

Before returning any item, you must contact us to obtain a 'Return Merchandise Authorization' (RMA) number. This ensures your return will be processed quickly. Items returned without an RMA number cannot be accepted.

  • Eligible Therion products may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date. We will refund the item's purchase price.
  • Mattress pads may be returned within 90 days of invoice date. We will refund the item's purchase price less a 20% re-stocking fee.

We understand shipping delays by the carrier are possible, and for this reason, all return items should be post-marked before the stated 30- or 90-day time period. Return items sent back after this period will not be accepted.

All refunds will be credited using your original payment method. Refunds are processed in 3-10 business days after receipt of your return.

Please note that we cannot refund shipping and handling fees, except under certain conditions. Orders that may have qualified for free shipping promotions will be charged back for the actual shipping and handling costs incurred.



Non-Returnable Products

Due to health restrictions, sleeping pillows and shoe insoles that have been used cannot be returned, except in the case of: 1) a manufacturing defect, or 2) the item is new and still in its original packaging.

Items that have been laundered, modified, soiled, or damaged are not returnable. Damage includes, but is not limited to: rips, tears, stains and strong odors (e.g. tobacco smoke).

Clearance items and custom-made products are non-returnable.



How to Return a Product

  1. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from customer service
  2. Include a copy of your invoice, packing slip, or a reference to your order number
  3. Include all original packaging, instructions, accessories, and any related promotional items or free gifts
  4. Write your RMA number on the outside of the package
  5. Send the item(s) to the following address:

For your protection, we recommend all returns be shipped by an insured carrier with package tracking (ex. FedEx, UPS, USPS Priority Mail). Be sure to keep the tracking information for your records. Therion is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during shipment.
