Quality Comfort Effectiveness Price Overall Value I bought these magnets to help with swollen ankles and after wearing them at night for a couple of weeks the swelling went down. Quality Comfort Effectiveness Price Overall Value I bought the Super Neodymium magnets, not for pain relief, but for balancing, grounding and energizing. I put one magnet on the inside of each wrist, secured with the comfort wraps, one inside my bra, and I also wear the Neo-Flex magnetic insoles. Since wearing the magnets in this way, daily, I am well grounded, that is to say, much calmer. And I am not exaggerating when I say my energy level has doubled.
