This is a powerful magnet that penetrates well and is difficult to use. You can't normally wear it, walk around with it and it's hard to attach to the body. But it's an excellent magnet and very strong. Some ideas on using it are: sitting at your computer desk and putting it under a foot that needs it; or sitting on your couch watching tv and putting it on your stomach somewhere. of attaching it your knee and sleeping with it.
