I can actually feel the healing while I use this pillow. There is a gentle, pleasant warmth that penetrates into my body. I am not just reserving it for use as a pillow. I also lay it across my knees or shoulder when experiencing pain in these areas. After 20 or 30 minutes or less my pain is relieved. (Posted on 5/22/10)
