I recently returned from a 124 mile hiking walk around the Ring of Kerry in Ireland. I couldn't have done it without my Therion. I have a little bone on bone action in my right knee, and the 11 day walk was very comfortable with my Therion. Now that I am home, I continue to wear my Therion during the day. I am comfortable with it. I am hoping I can continue to hike before the inevitable, knee replacement. I would recommend the Therion to anyone that has knee discomfort.

Pros: Good Fit, Good Support, Easy To Use, Breathable, Great For Travel
