Where do you ship to?

Therion Magnetics ships worldwide.

Orders to the U.S. and Canada are shipped directly from our New York manufacturing facility.

For International orders please visit our International Shipping page for detailed information.


What days of the week do you ship?

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday (except on holidays).


Shipping Methods

  • All orders ship via FedEx or the United States Postal Service (USPS)
  • We offer Ground, 2-Day and Overnight shipping options. (Not all options are available in all areas.)
  • International orders are shipped via United States Postal Service.

Shipping estimates and delivery times can be viewed in your shopping cart prior to checkout checkout.


  • To be shipped the same business day (Mon-Fri), all FedEx 2-Day and Overnight orders must be placed before 12pm EST
  • FedEx 2-Day and Overnight shipments are delivered on business days only (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Mattress pads are made to order and usually ship in 2-3 business days.
  • Some items cannot be shipped by expedited methods

P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses

All P.O. Box and Armed Forces addresses must be shipped by US Priority Mail or Express Mail.
Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses qualify for free U.S. Priority Mail.


Free Shipping on orders of $125 or more

Free shipping applies to orders shipped to the U.S. continental 48 states, the District of Columbia, and APO/FPO locations (does not apply to shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or International shipments). Items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx ground. (Free shipping methods vary by shipment destination.)

For U.S. Armed Forces personnel, all orders sent to APO/FPO/DPO addresses receive FREE Priority Mail shipping (items that exceed USPS size and weight restrictions do not qualify for this offer). The Free Shipping option will appear automatically during checkout.

International orders and do not qualify for free shipping, but do receive discounted shipping rates.


Lost or Damaged Package

If your package has been lost or damaged during shipment, please Customer Service immediately. Damage and loss claims must be filed with the carrier within 3 days. Although customer service will be happy to assist you in expediting a replacement shipment, Therion Magnetics is not responsible for shipments that are lost or damaged by the shipping carrier.
