All orders are shipped Monday - Friday (except on holidays), direct from our New York manufacturing facility.

Shipping Methods

  • We ship using FedEx and the United States Postal Service (USPS).
  • We offer Ground, 2nd Day and Overnight shipping options. (Not all options are available in all areas.)
  • All international orders (outside the U.S.) are shipped by USPS Express Mail.

There will be a link in your shopping cart to view all available shipping options and estimated delivery times for your shipping location.

Restrictions:

  • To be shipped the same business day (Mon-Fri), all FedEx 2nd Day and Overnight orders must be placed before 1:00pm EST. If your order is placed on a weekend or a holiday it will ship the next business day.
  • Some mattress pads cannot be shipped by expedited methods (2nd Day Air, Overnight, Express Mail)


P.O. Box / APO / FPO addresses

All P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses must be shipped by USPS Priority Mail.



Free Shipping Promotions

Orders over $125

We offer FREE ground shipping on orders totaling $125.00 or more. This promotion is only available to U.S. shipping locations within the 48 continental states. The free shipping option will appear automatically during checkout.

APO / FPO addresses

For U.S. Armed Forces personnel serving overseas, all orders sent to APO / FPO addresses will receive FREE Priority Mail shipping.



Lost or Damaged Package

If your package has been lost or damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately. Damage and lost claims must be filed within 3 days. Customer service will assist you with getting a replacement shipment for your product(s).
