X-Power™ Magnetic Pads
Therion X-Power magnetic therapy pads are the strongest and deepest penetrating magnetic therapy pads available. They help relieve pain and inflammation faster than Platinum magnetic pads, and provide greater coverage for larger body areas (like the abdomen, hips, thighs, chest and back).
XP pads are often used to help speed up healing after recent injury or surgery. They use very large 4,300 gauss mini-block magnets, with an effective penetration depth of 10" away. With much higher energy, XP pads can be placed under a pillow, towel, or blanket if extra padding is desired. The magnetic fields will go right through to your body.
Because of the larger, heavier magnets inside, XP pads are best used when sitting or lying down. They're 3/4" thick and weigh 1½ - 2½ lbs. Elastic Comfort Wraps can be used to hold XP pads in place (they attach with Velcro). This is recommended for use over the thigh or hip.
Note: When selecting a size, a magnetic pad should be larger, or about the same size as the area it will be applied to.
